Thread Lift half-way point!
One side treated and one side still to go and we can see the difference already.
A thread lift can offer multiple benefits from a single treatment. It provides tissue lift, restores facial contours, and over time improves skin quality.
There is some immediate post procedure swelling, and results will smooth and settle over the next couple weeks.

This is what my beautiful patient told me when I asked her about her lip treatment goals (although I would never make anyone’s lips look crazy, I totally understand patients apprehension about wanting natural results.

Her results are increased vertical height, definition, and hydration that balances her face beautifully.
Dermal Filler + Neuromodulator:
This beautiful patient wanted me to improve her nasolabial folds (smile lines), which I agreed - she would benefit from treatment to this area.
However, I always assess the face and how it flows as a whole as opposed to just separate parts.Take a look at her chin in her beforephoto - she carries a significant amount of muscle tension in her mentalis (chin muscle). She agreed to my recommendation to treat this area with Daxxify to relieve this tension.
In the after photo, it looks like she’s had filler or some kind of skin rejuvenation treatment to her chin but all I did to this area was treat her mentalis with Botox (Daxxify in this case). Notice how much less tension she now has in her chin. By relaxing that hyper contracted muscle, her overlying skin is now smooth without dimpling/unevenness, the crease has softened, and overall her lower face is softer with much less strain. In addition to Daxxify, I’ve treated her smile lines, marionette area, and cheeks with a small amount of dermal filler.
